Terms and Conditions:

These terms of delivery set out the terms of delivery and payment to which both parties must adhere and which customers can find out about on the website. These conditions are entered into when a customer places an order with Proefschrift.online.

Parties

1.The customer, to be defined as the person who on behalf of himself or a company places an order places an order with the supplier. In this particular case, for the printing of a dissertation.

2.The supplier, here further described as Proefschriftenprinten.nl a part of Print Service Ede. located at Kelvinstraat 27 in Ede. In the terms and conditions of delivery referred to as: PSP

Delivery/order

There is an order for delivery, also called order, when a customer orders PSP by email or telephone to carry out printing and/or other work. Orders are not non-binding and are always made especially for you.

It is the customer's responsibility to provide the correct information and supply the correct documents/files. Incomplete or faulty delivery of the files to be supplied by the customer, which forces the supplier to do more work or incur more costs than it could reasonably expect at the time of entering into the agreement, shall be grounds for increasing the agreed price.

Files that complement an order via e-mail are treated with care and privacy. The files and documents remain the property of the customer.

Content

PSP cannot be held responsible for the accuracy of the content and text of assignments. Unless expressly agreed. When delivering text files in advance of layout work, we expect the customer to have the files point and text corrected. Failure to do so leads to additional work and increases the likelihood of errors during the process of arriving at a final product. It is therefore the customer's explicit responsibility to comply with this.

Keep

It is the customer's responsibility to keep the digital files in their own possession for a follow-up order. It is customary for us to keep the pdf files of a thesis in our data for some time.

Payment terms

The payment term for all dissertations is immediately upon delivery. In this situation, there is an advance proof and customer approval. We try to send the invoices to you within 5 days. If payment is delayed beyond 14 days, the customer cannot claim quality, loss or disorder. This should always be reported within 14 days from the delivery date.

Any costs for collection, interest and administration shall be borne by the customer if payment is not made within 60 days.

Complaints

If, upon delivery, there are complaints about the quality and content of the delivery, it is the customer's responsibility to report this immediately. We will provide a reasonable solution if the delivery does not meet the expected quality due to our fault. We are not responsible for the quality of the files provided by the customer if this is the cause of the lower quality of the final product. However, we will think along with the customer and see to it that this is reported in advance.

In the event of justified complaints, you are entitled to repair or replacement. You will receive a new or repaired delivery at our expense. No money will be refunded in the event of complaints. The supplier's liability under the agreement with the client is limited to such an amount as is proportionate to the agreed price according to standards of reasonableness and fairness.
