Complete proof & fast delivery of your thesis
Before we proceed to the final printing of your thesis, you will first receive a complete proof for checking. You can read the physical thesis again at your leisure. If things are not yet as desired, we can make the changes free of charge. Are you satisfied? Then have all the theses printed. We can print the dissertations and deliver them to you within five working days.
Formatting thesis: do it yourself or outsource?
Before we print your dissertation, the content and layout must be ready. Of course we will not interfere with the content, but we can help you with the layout. This way you can also call in our designers to design the interior. Do you want to take care of the layout of your thesis yourself? Our designers are also there for you. How we work
Quote
Request a free quote for your thesis. You will receive a response from us within 1 working day. We appreciate personal contact very much. You can call Fred Feij with all your questions. He will gladly give you tips and advice to make a nice thesis.
Order
We will send you a link to collect all the information we need to make your thesis. Think of the print run, the finishing of your thesis, the layout of your cover and the address details for a proof and the final delivery. We make a planning based on the desired delivery date and agree this with you.
Files
Once your files are ready you can submit them via wetransfer.com or in e-mail. Fred will review the files and perform a file check.
Proof
For the final version you will receive a complete proof of your thesis on paper from us , which is fully bound and will be sent to you by post. This way you can also check the colour, quality and layout before we proceed to production. If something is not to your liking, it will be adjusted for you free of charge.
Production
We produce all the dissertations completely in-house and use high quality printers and materials. The production time is 5 working days including delivery by our own courier at 1 address in the Netherlands.
Delivery
Your theses are conveniently packed in boxes. Our own courier delivers the dissertations to you personally at the given address. He treats the theses with care. When he arrives he will report to you.

At Proefschriftenprinten.nl, we go for sustainability. All of our paper has the FSC label. By reusing paper, we reduce waste and reduce the company’s CO2 emissions considerably. Our supplier produces certified paper collected in a 100% closed circuit.
We offer the option of choosing guaranteed 100% recycled paper (BalancePure 90 gsm). Ask about this when you request a quote. In this way we save as many trees as possible.
